Yes. We can easily and quickly switch out each individual light if needed.

We do! Other Permanent Outdoor Lighting products on the market do not offer a true warm white. The LED must have a yellow “diode” and be RGB-WW to allow for true warm white! The lights that Aurora uses are Gemstone Lights which do offer that true warm white that delivers that pristine look.

Average-sized installations typically only take one day. We will coordinate with you which day will work best for both you and us.

The lights are installed facing downward on the outer soffit behind the trim or fascia of your home.

In order to schedule the installation, we will collect 25% of your quoted price. With this, we order your materials. The remainder of the payment will be collected at installation by Credit card cash, or cheque.

Yes, you can! There are millions of different colours that you can create, alongside hundreds of animations and patterns that are available on the app. Because each individual light can be controlled, you can easily choose which lights you want to be on and what color you prefer them to be, depending on the look you are going for.

Yes, you can! You can control each individual light, meaning you can select which lights you want on and any color you desire them to be. Your lights are very customizable, which our competitors do not offer. For accent lights, you could choose to only have lights on the peaks and corners, while the rest of the lights are off, to deliver beautiful accent lights.

Gemstone Lights were researched, created and established in Calgary, Alberta Canada. Almost all of the products installed on your home are built and assembled at Suite #170, 11080 50 St. SE, Calgary, Alberta Canada – T2C 5TY, and some parts come from Asia, such as the LED lights.

Yes, you can have nightly and weekly timers, as well as specific dates for holidays and or special occasions. You can utilize the Sunrise and Sunset features, or set them on an hourly basis.

With Gemstone Lights, you won’t notice a difference in your electricity usage. Our lights on full bright white use less than one watt of power.

We can install the controller and any additional power supplies either indoors or outdoors, depending on your preference and where the lights are being installed. The controller is located in a weatherproof and discreet “Starter Kit”. The controller and power supply are plugged into a standard 120v outlet, commonly the one in the garage where your sprinkler system is ensconced. Through that outlet, we run low voltage, 12v wiring through the system.

Almost nothing. Beyond updates to the app and firmware that Gemstone may push out (just like any regular app), there is no other maintenance that goes past that.

Replacing parts is a very simple process but requires the knowledge to do it properly. To prevent any challenges, we will be happy to come and replace any parts. If it's faulty and within the 5-year warranty it is free, after that it's roughly 6$ to change a light. Our customer service is always available, don't hesitate to

In most areas, many of our installs are located in HOAs. Because the lights are so discreet when on there is no reason for HOAs to deny your request for installation. We believe that the installation of Gemstone Lights adds beauty to your neighbourhood. Most of the HOAs that we have aided customers to apply for have been easily approved.
